4. No Guarantee of Outcome

While ELPRECIOUS applies due diligence, professional expertise, and industry best practices in every engagement, we do not guarantee specific outcomes from regulatory authorities (such as tax assessments, EPFO claim approvals, or government processing timelines), as these are subject to the discretion of the relevant authorities.

5. Confidentiality

We are committed to maintaining strict confidentiality of all client information shared with us, as detailed in our Privacy Policy. Clients are likewise expected to keep any proprietary tools, formats, or advisory content shared by ELPRECIOUS confidential.

6. Limitation of Liability

ELPRECIOUS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from delays, errors, or omissions caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client, or by factors beyond our reasonable control, including regulatory or portal-related delays.

7. Intellectual Property

8. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate an ongoing service engagement by providing reasonable prior written notice. Fees for work completed up to the date of termination shall remain payable.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
